At 19, I weighed over 300lbs and had just been told I was pre-diabetic. That was my wake-up call. I didn’t just want to lose weight — I wanted to understand why I struggled for so long. So I studied Dietetics at ASU, dove deep into nutrition and behavioral science, and started applying everything I learned to my own journey.

After losing over 100lbs and cutting through years of misinformation, I knew I had to help others do the same.
